I fear that we have fallen victim to the disease that we have heard grips many Grey Nomads. The “let’s move on another day” syndrome.
We woke and to be honest we didn’t achieve much else all day other than that. A load of washing, some schoolwork, and a search for a new car aerial. I gave the van a bit of a shuffle inside the cupboards and then sat down to read. The day went surprisingly fast.
We have agreed that we will pack up and move to our next destination, Kalgoorlie… soon. Ray even got the map book and the tourist guide out this morning but we are devoid of any motivation to move on. Caleb is happy playing, swimming and doing his work. Yes, it actually feels like we are on holidays. Perhaps a few more days….
