We gained access to the rented house (palace) and spent a good part of the day wandering around it, so unused to having an amazing amount of space to exist in.
Ray amazed me (and himself I think) by reversing the caravan in the back gate on such a tight angle, on the first attempt. His skills with manouvering have really been an asset to us during many parts of this trip. Anyone pulling a van has to consider their capabilities in this area, as it seriously impacts on where you can go and what you can do.
We took Caleb back to the doctors for the blood test results. Everything came back normal. Relief flooded us, yet we are stumped as to why the tummy aches continue. There may be a diet intolerance, but as the doctor explained, we may never be able to find out what it is. We will continue to monitor his food and keep our fingers crossed.
Caleb was relieved because he particularly disliked the gluten free diet I had put him on as I tried to stop the tummy problems. Ray was relieved that we didn’t have to pay $8.50 for a half loaf of gluten free bread anymore.
We headed to the airport to meet our visitors, the excitement almost consuming Caleb as he waited patiently for the doors to open and for them to arrive.
